US User's Account Access

If you are a current US customer, please go to the  3M HIS Support site to access product documentation and resources. Click on the Product Solution Suites below to go to the product hub on the support site.  You will be asked to login with your 3M HIS Support Site credentials  

You must have a 3M HIS Support site account to access these two sites. The same account is used to access both the 3M HIS Support Site and the Healthcare Academy.  If you have not set up an account previously, see this answer for information on how to create an account.  If you are having issues creating an account, please contact 3M Support for assistance. 

Contacting Support

  • Online Support - ​​To submit a ticket on the 3M HIS Client Support website, click the Request Help link.​​
    • You can submit Priority 1 incidents only during specified business hours as noted on the submission page.  ​​
    • If you haven't registered for the website, you can do so by clicking the "Sign Up" link.
  • Phone Support - For phone support, call 1-800-435-7776.​​
    • Standard support for 3M HIS products is available Monday through Friday, 7:30 A.M. to 8:30 P.M. Eastern Time.
