Contacting Support
- Online Support - To submit a ticket on the Solventum HIS Client Support website, click the Request Help link.
- You can submit Priority 1 incidents only during specified business hours as noted on the submission page.
- If you haven't registered for the website, you can do so by clicking the "Sign Up" link.
- Phone Support - For phone support, call 1-800-435-7776.
- Standard support for *Solventum HIS products is available Monday through Friday, 7:30 A.M. to 8:30 P.M. Eastern Time.
