User Management

Fluency direct Admin allows you to create and manage users, as well as modify their permissions and user groups.

FD User Types

  • Physician (licensed Fluency Direct user) - This is a typical Fluency Direct user. This license is associated with Physicians that would need to use the Fluency Direct Client software. The financial responsibility for this license is typically owned by the customer.

  • Physician - Affiliate (licensed Fluency Direct user) - This license is associated with Physicians that would need to use the Fluency Direct Client software. This user type is used for tracking purposes, when the user is not employed by the customer and the financial responsibility for this license is to be passed from the customer to the user. This user type has the same capabilities as a "physician" user.

  • Clinical Support Staff (licensed Fluency Direct user) - This is a typical Fluency Direct user. This license is associated with non-physicians that would need to use the Fluency Direct Client software. The financial responsibility for this license is typically owned by the customer. This user type has the same capabilities as a "physician" user.

  • Clinical Support Staff - Affiliate (licensed Fluency Direct user) - This license is associated with non-physicians that would need to use the Fluency Direct Client software. This user type is used for tracking purposes, when the user is not employed by the customer and the financial responsibility for this license is to be passed from the customer to the user. This user type has the same capabilities as a "physician" user.

  • Nurse - This provides a nurse access to Fluency Direct functionalities and capabilities.

  • Scribe - This gives a Scribe access to Fluency Direct functionality as well as other capabilities associated with the Fluency for Scribing product.

  • Scribe Physician - This gives a Physician access to Fluency Direct functionality as well as other capabilities associated with the Fluency for Scribing product.

  • Auditor - This user role can be used to give access to the Fluency Direct Audit tool. These users need not have access to Fluency Direct Administration or the Fluency Direct Client.
